The Icecreamists – Agents of cool

As they put it ‘liberating the world one lick at a time’, the Icecreamists have created the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. They are located in an edgy and incredibly cool boutique ice cream instillation parlour in the Selfridges basement. It is named in true rocking style ‘God Save The Cream’.

They offer a selection of unusual flavours. I’m currently eating an ice cream called ‘Name of the Rose’ a mixture of Rose petal jam, rose water and rose petal confetti. I feel like my mouth is growing roses it’s so delicious. If floral isn’t your thing you could also try Vogue – a jet-black liquorish flavour, The Custard suite (Custard) and Born and Bread (Traditional brown bread). For a more grown up experience alcoholic ice cream cocktails are also on the menu.

This pop up parlour is like walking into a really cool bar. It’s all decked out in black with pink graffiti, elegant ghost chairs, baroque tables and a real life black and pink ice cream van. Enjoy your ice cream whilst listening to one of the live acts in the coolest parlour in town.
